Are you on the Clubhouse app?  Robert Cromeans is.  And where Robert goes, there go I, because Cromeans, an entrepreneur, educator, and Global Artistic & Business Director for Paul Mitchell, brings good energy with him.

During a recent Clubhouse Conversation hosted by the always-inspiring hairdressing coach Tabatha Coffey, the topic was mentorship.  Cromeans, who many in the industry would consider the mentor’s mentor, shared that he has been finding so much inspiration on the Instagram feeds of other hairdressers.

“This is the most exciting time the beauty industry has ever seen,” he said. “We have access to everyone. Diversify your feed, follow people around the world-- I do. And some of these hairdressers I’m stalking and talking about are so good, they make me want to quit.”

Hearing this, of course we had to know whose work gets Robert Cromeans this fired up, so we asked him to share the names of some stylists he’s following these days. Check out his list of 13 talented artists he has his eye on right now.
