6:00 a.m.: I wake up and start my morning routine. I first start with a meditation practice that includes some light yoga. Then typically I will do more exercise, either more yoga, or some light weights and/or cardio.

I will eat one egg and three egg whites, some guacamole, some berries, orange juice, almond milk, and an espresso! I also get much work done, organizational and administrative, and sometimes some social media.

8:00 a.m.: I leave my house and head to work. When I get to work, I set myself up, get organized, and get all the tools and supplies ready for my day.

9 a.m.-4 p.m.: I have typically 4 appointments per day, possibly up to 7.

I take breaks as needed, several times a day, and I absolutely eat lunch, it’s a priority!

4:30-5 p.m.: My workday ends and I head home.

6:00 p.m.: After work I may find time for a bit more yoga and to get settled at home, maybe some follow up to the work I couldn’t get to during the day. I will have some form of healthy protein, vegetables and a carb for dinner. I may have some dark chocolate.

10 p.m.: I go to bed and get ready to repeat the next day!
