Ulta Beauty Elite Stylist Beto Sanchez, also known as @BetoLovesHair, is the embodiment of an accomplished beauty professional. As a member of Ulta’s prestigious Design Team, he gets tapped to travel the country for special projects and to educate fellow stylists on the techniques, brands and products that have helped him get to where he is today.
Sanchez works with industry-leading brands like Wella and GHD to deliver top-tier education. Not only that, but he recently crushed his goal of $100,000 in salon services—for the fourth straight year. A master of beautiful blowouts and stunning color, his love for his clients and team is palpable. He champions the culture of Ulta Beauty, but he undeniably contributes to that culture with positivity and lifting up those around him. A real-life salon superhero, we’d say!

The best part of being an Ulta Beauty stylist: I can't pick one, but I'll give you my top three: The benefits, the growth and career opportunities AND, last but not least, the culture.
My professional mentors: Haley Kimble. She is my Design Team manager and her leadership and approach to any situation has helped me to follow her example in my own leadership role.
My guilty pleasures: Videogames. I am not even proud of the number of hours I have spent playing Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
My favorite hair product I can’t live without:Wella Ultimate Repair. The whole line is incredible, but the Miracle Leave-In is magic in a bottle.
If I hadn't become a hairdresser I would have been: An Actor. 1000%.
Every beauty professional should: Play and allow your artistic creativity flow. If you do not have clients that let you do it, mannequin heads will be your best friends!
Most people would be surprised to learn: I might seem confident onstage and as a facilitator, but in everyday life I am shy and a lot more reserved.
