AG Hair has announced that Graham Fraser will step into the role of CEO. Fraser joined AG Hair in 2000 as director of sales to manage sales and distribution networks across Canada and to expand fledgling distribution in the USA. After overseeing growth in both countries for two years, Fraser was promoted to the position of vice-president of sales in 2002. In this position, he restructured AG's distribution network and began to build relationships within the professional salon industry and salon retail chain market. During this time, he also led the opening of distribution of AG Hair into Taiwan and Australia.
In 2014, Fraser was promoted to the position of president of AG Hair. Throughout the last two years, Graham has shifted his focus to overseeing all aspects of the business with an emphasis on the successful execution of AG's long-term strategic goals and objectives, while continuing to maintain important relationships with key customers.
Co-founders John and Lotte Davis remain actively involved and will continue to work full-time for the company that they began over 28 years ago.
"Graham's exceptional leadership and knowledgeable oversight of the day-to-day operations make him the ideal candidate to take on the role of CEO," John Davis says.
"I am honored to assume the role of CEO," Fraser says. "I look forward to working very closely with John and Lotte to ensure our collective vision for AG Hair continues to be brought to life in all that we do and all that we are as an organization."
