Cotê Hair Care Adds Industry Veterans to Its Leadership Team

Two professional beauty industry veterans are now part of the team at Las Vegas-based Cotê Hair CareTommy Callahan has joined Cotê as Vice President of Education and Rick Battaglini will now serve as the Executive Vice President of The Source International, which offers cosmetology kits, training and tools for the beauty professional, and Cotê Hair Care.

Callahan was previously Vice President of Education at John Paul Mitchell Systems, while also providing education to Regis and SportClips salons. Sassoon-trained, Callahan was one of only a handful of educators to be designated a Master Associate by the late Paul Mitchell. His focus, according to Cotê, will be on education that taps into 'multiple intelligence' and presentation skills to deliver education that changes behavior.

Battaglini will be directly involved in all facets of the two business entities. He has 30 years experience in professional hair care, cosmetology schools and consumer products.  Battaglini was the Chief Financial Officer of Paul Mitchell Hair Care, where he worked for 28 years.  He is a Keynote speaker, seminar presenter and continues to enjoy educating. He earned his Certified Public Accountant’s license in California and is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Business.
