Tip to get best results on a post: Know your audience! What city is your audience from? What times are they just waking up, having lunch or going to bed? My cities that watch me the most are L.A. and NYC, and because they are two or three hours ahead with their time zones, I post accordingly. What do your followers want? Mine want to see blondes and balayage, so that’s what I post.

How social media changed your life: It has opened up so many doors for beauty and hair companies to send me their products to try. The best has been meeting like-minded passionate stylists from all over the world that I would never have known. I also have been able to teach balayage classes to other stylists, something I never thought I'd do.
