As the owner of Christopher Aaron Styling Studio, he trusts BARBICIDE products to maintain his sanitation standards.

Christopher Aaron, owner of Christopher Aaron Styling Studio in the Chicagoland area and a member of our Artist Connective, knows there's styling power in clean tools. That’s why he utilizes BARBICIDE products to ensure he’s providing the best service possible to his clients.
BARBICIDE’s iconic blue liquid is known worldwide as the ultimate product for EPA-registered disinfection in salons, barbershops and spas.
“As stylists we focus our skills on providing the best hair services to our clients," Aaron says. "But to provide great hair services we need to have great tools. The way you take care of your tools can determine the type of results you receive when styling hair. Poorly maintained tools do not provide good results.”
Aaron uses CLIPPERCIDE in between clients to clean, disinfect, lubricate and prevent rust on his shears. Then, at the end of the day, he soaks his scissors in BARBICIDE for 10 minutes.
“Taking the time to clean and disinfect your tools will keep them in good working condition and your clients will feel even more comfortable in your chair when they notice you are practicing good hygiene. Be the stylist that takes a stand to care for clients and your tools, it will show in your work.”
And as Aaron says, this past year has been one of growth and learning. A positive thing to come out of it are the standards of sanitation.
“This has been the year of cleaning and disinfecting, to another level," Aaron says. "There are so many things that I thought I had right with keeping my tools perfectly clean, but going back and refreshing my education to the right way to maintain my tools was a big learning lesson. Knowing the appropriate way to use BARBICIDE products allows me to provide the best service for myself and for my clients because my tools are in the best shape.”
