Amazing images have come out of ARTIST SESSION, MODERN SALON’s photoshoot workshop. All are cover- and award-worthy, created by artists who range from beginner to NAHA-winning hairdressers. 

The intimate two-day workshop is held twice a year. It features inspiring guest speakers and insightful information. Attendees select their own models from an impressive casting of top New York agencies and art direct makeup and fashion. All photos (by cover and award winning photographer Roberto Ligresti with make up by David Maderich) are published in MODERN.

For the upcoming sold-out SESSION, we are headed to the YouTube Studio in NYC to learn video best practices and how to create your own YouTube channel.  

We’ve started an @ArtistSession Instagram page and will be rolling out existing photos over the next few weeks and continue to fill with more as we shoot to inspire your own creativity (as well as inspire you to join us at a future ARTIST SESSION). 

Space is always limited. The investment is worth every penny; the goody bag alone is worth at least $600 (usually more than $1000) and filled with the amazing tools you need to create beautiful hair.
