Dallas salon owner Clive Lamb left his native England in 1985 after working with Jingles International in London.

Inspired by the amount of British news in 2012—The Queen’s Jubliee, the London Summer Olympics and the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton—Lamb created Pomp and Pageantry, looks that he describes as “Steampunk meets the Queen’s Guard with strong shapes cut into naturally textured hair that was colored to bring out the shine and to accentuate each curl.”
