Peter Gray is one of the most respected names in global editorial hairstyling, renowned for his innovative craftsmanship and collaborative artistry. With a career spanning runway, print, and education, Gray’s signature lies in creating structured yet effortlessly wearable styles that blend technical precision with artistic storytelling.
His work has graced the pages of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Numéro, and Dazed, and he's led hair direction for fashion houses such as Maison Margiela, Vivienne Westwood, Hermès, and Dsquared². With a background in Sassoon education and early influences from industry icons like Eugene Souleiman, Gray has become a sought-after creative for high-concept editorial and runway campaigns.
In his most recent project, Gray directed the hair for an OWAY Men’s Editorial, a striking visual story captured by photographer Stockton Johnson. The collection is brought to life by Gray and a team of talented collaborators, including Rachel Archbold, Paris Severino, and Kako Perez.
