In this short video, Chelsea James demos how-to turn wefts in to a fabric that can be used for avant garde finishes (great for any NAHA entry.) James was in Paris, France to celebrate the 110 anniversary of the founding of L'Oreal Professionnel.

MODERN stopped in to visit Chelsea James (@chelseavonnejames) while she was backstage prepping hair for a master presentation in Paris, France. James and 2000 other professionals were there to celebrate L'Oréal Professionnel's 110 anniversary with classes, workshops and for the awarding of the Style and Color Trophy, all with the appropriate theme "La French: The Art Of Hair Coloring."

James was deep in to texturizing wefts, and said that this technique is perfect for any powerful finish, particularly when creating photos for competition. James, winner of the 2017 NAHA award for Avant Garde, says this technique works on any length and can be molded in to any shape.
