When one “sees things in a new light,” their mind has opened and they begin to understand something in a different way than before. In Tracey Hughes’ “Kooky” collection, color splashes and bends, it is spontaneous and alive. With the use of fashion, lighting, wind and spotlight color, Hughes created a collection that inspires new perspectives in the way hair moves, and how color can reflect attitude and personality.
