Shameless Waves :: As he put the finishing touches on his model, artist Randy Schull said, “The inspiration for today’s look is modern Hollywood glam.”
Randy Schull wasn't sure what to expect at ARTIST SESSION. It was his first time coming to MODERN's acclaimed photo session workshop after entering and winning a competition sponsored by Keratin Complex Color Therapy.
Schull is no stranger to photo shoots. An accomplished Masterstylist at the Robert Allen Salon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Schull has conducted or participated in many of his own sessions. "But I found ARTIST SESSION to be simply the best and most professional photo shoot experience of my career."
After selecting model MARTA (one of MODERN's favorite models), Schull used the Keratin Complex 5 in 1 Curling System to create what he described as "Modern Hollywood Glam". He took one inch sections and curled in alternating directions, switching from a large barrel in the front to medium in the back. "My goal was to give a beautiful shape with nice deep, rich waves."
