Rachel Gardner (@rachreneehair)of Fremont, Ohio, is a women’s color and cut specialist, who has been doing hair for 13 years. Her Rareity Salon (opened in February 2022) was a blank canvas and was completed in less than a month.
“I collaborated with interior designer Tara Salazar, who has been my client for almost 8 years,” Gardner says. “Knowing my character, personality, and love for the industry and the women I serve, she helped me create a space that showed my heart.”
