“What I started to do was incorporate fashion, glamour and old Hollywood together, you will see that in my work. You will notice hints of old Hollywood combined with a modern twist.”
Ramos says he likes to come into photoshoots with an open-mind. He studies the model, the hair and the fashion and then he starts to create. “That’s where the magic begins. That’s where the fun is. That’s what I love about hairdressing because it isn’t contrived and it isn’t static or stale, it’s just free and fluid, and when I’m doing it I feel alive.”
In this exclusive interview with Ramos, he speaks more about what inspires him. Plus, Ramos dives into three free-flowing looks that show off his signature style.
