On women and men, undercuts add that something extra. A very subtle design can offer clients a quiet party in the back while keeping it all business in front. Hidden undercuts can create a stacked line for hair to fall and look fuller. A dramatic nape design might be colored or decorated with glitter. TOP 3 TIPS FOR UNDERCUT SUCCESS
1. Be tasteful. Undercuts are already a bold statement, so choose an area of the head that would compliment the shape and style of the haircut. Too much hair taken off will make the client look off balance and not enough hair will barely be noticable.
2. Before executing this look, be sure to part and section the hair as straight and clean as possible. This will insure a nice immaculate separation.
3. Adding slight transition (fade), edge or even design to the undercut will add another dimension to the look, making it pop and be a for sure attention grabber!
