The Urban Evolution Collection by Vincent Nobile, color director and co-owner of Headcase Hair Paddington, and hair colorist Jon Pulitano, features a variety of looks ranging from bold and sassy waves to fun fingerwaves to sleek styles. The collection is inspired by a pallet of blonde and red, accented by aggressive or soft texture.
