Jennifer Aniston has gorgeous hair. She credits it with her 20 year association with celeb stylist Chris McMillan and with Living Proof products. Modern met with both today to get the latest, including more about The Good Hair Day web series. livingproof.com/goodhairday.

Jennifer Aniston, Chris McMillan and Living Proof are teaming up to offer clients a way to get Jennifer Aniston Gorgeous Hair. At a meeting today in New York, Aniston and McMillian introduced several Living Proof products, gave some tips and chatted about hair and beauty.
Jennifer Aniston is simply gorgeous. She wore a sleeveless gray dress, high heel strappy sandals, big fluffy false eyelashes, neutral nails, luminous foundation and zero lipstick. Not even gloss! Her hair was perfectly highlighted...teeny tiny dimensional sandy highlights on a light brown base. The shape was long and straight and had a perfect face frame starting at her jaw. A high diagonal side parting, going from the crown to just above the temple, was very straight and very defined. Her engagement ring was huge...it looked like an ice cube.
I met with Aniston with 5 other editors and we were each invited to ask a couple of questions. While all the consumer editors asked for beauty tips ("drink lots of water, sleep and take Omegas"), I asked about the importance of having HER picture as the one so many women have offered up to their own hairdressers asking to recreate it on their own heads.
"I get it," she said. "I used to bring a picture of Valerie Bertinelli with me to MY hairdresser to get that look. She had amazing hair, big, beautiful, very Farrah." My big follow up question was which was her favorite look from all the movies she appeared in. "I loved my hair in Along Came Polly," she said. "It was all natural, dirty, beachy and whimsical." (Chris McMillan did her hair for that film, as well as several others)
In addition to introducing the press to the "faces" of Living Proof, we learned about the web series to be launched tomorrow which explores hair obsessions and confessions. "we created this web series to show the very complex - and sometimes comical - relationship women have with their hair," says Aniston. "Having a good hair day shouldn't be so hard."
The Good Hair Day web series with Aniston consists of three chapters, each released on livingproof.com/goodhairday (hosted on YOUTUBE). Throughout the campaign Aniston and Living Proof call on consumers to share their own hair stories. Aniston and McMillan will select their favorite on May 24 and win a meet and greet with Aniston and a cut with McMillan. This sounds very consumer oriented...but guess what...salon professionals can enter too!
Meanwhile, keep your eyes peeled for some of the new Living Proof launches designed to make life easier for the stylist and the client. Satin Hair Serum was introduced at the press event and everyone was impressed with the oil-free, silicone free blend. It looks like a hit.
