Hot on the heels of the success of ABS 2008, where more than 70,000 beauty pros gathered at McCormick Place for the latest innovations in the industry, SHEAR VOLUME kicks off ABS 2009 in signature style! It begins at 9:00 pm on July 20th at Climax Lounge in Chicago's hot River North.
In addition to fashion, fun and dancing, partygoers will be treated to a very special sneak peek at who and what to expect at next year's America's Beauty Show, March 28-30, 2009! This singular summer bash is presented by the members of Cosmetologists Chicago and America's Beauty Network, the salon professionals who own and produce ABS.

Irene Miekle, renowned artistic director of fashion-forward Mizani, will show what's happening in multi-textured hair. Finally, direct from London, TIGI Trend-Master Anthony Mascolo, offers a few clues on what's ahead in fashion and hair.
