Cosmetologists Chicago is presenting it's 90th consecutive America's Beauty Show (ABS), (formerly The Midwest Beauty Show) March 9-11, 2013, at McCormick Place West in downtown Chicago.
This world-renown beauty and trade show focuses on enhancing the careers of salon professionals everywhere. Learn about the newest products and innovations in your profession from leading product manufacturers and distributors.
ABS has been chosen as one of the top 25 fastest growing among U.S. trade shows by Trade Show News Network (TSNN). “During some of the most challenging years in the trade show industry, America’s Beauty Show managed to thrive, with very impressive attendance growth,” notes TSNN President and Editor-in-Chief Rachel Wimberly.
Cosmetologists Chicago (CC), now in its 101st year, is a 7,000-member alliance of salon and spa professionals. CC’s Board of Directors, all working salon owners and professionals, direct 100 percent of America’s Beauty Show.

BeautyBASH2013:
Last year’s inaugural event brought together 700 industry leaders, salon owners, professionals and students for an evening celebrating CC's history. BeautyBASH 2013 will celebrate the amazing talent of beauty professionals—from hair and nail fashion to performance art.
Winners of Cosmetologists Chicago STARS photo contest for professionals and students, along with the Leo Passage Gold Trophy Award, will be recognized. A new surprise element to the evening will feature multi-talented salon professionals. All proceeds from BeautyBASH benefit the CC Presidents Scholarship Fund that annually awards cash scholarships for advanced education.
Student Focus:
Attendees will learn the latest from industry masters. Meanwhile, the next generation of salon professionals will begin their inspirational journey at ABS during AACS’ “Beauty Changes Lives."
