Ulta Beauty welcomes Anna Manukyan as Senior Director, Education & Creative, a new leadership role designed to ensure salon professionals continue to grow stronger together and fully realize all the possibilities a career with Ulta Beauty offers. Manukyan will report directly to Nick Stenson, Senior Vice President of Store & Services Operations. Manukyan will oversee Ulta Beauty field education for 1,300+ salon locations as well as the creative arm of the organization, which includes the award-winning Ulta Beauty Pro Team of industry artists and educators from partner brands; the internal, influential Design Team of artists, educators, and hands-on associates; Ulta Beauty's presence and engagement at salon industry events, including major shows and NAHA; and industry relations, media collaboration, and messaging for the salons at Ulta Beauty.
Manukyan comes to Ulta Beauty with extensive experience leading teams in the industry and developing talent. A certified financial educator as well as a licensed cosmetologist, Manukyan aligns with Ulta Beauty's balanced commitment to help salon professionals earn a good living, grow personal incomes, and understand their numbers while thriving creatively. She recently co-founded Beauty Finance Group, which provides financial guidance to beauty professionals, and is a registered professional with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
