The Professional Beauty Association announced that author, entrepreneur and media mogul Arianna Huffington will be the keynote speaker at the 2013 PBA Business Forum held during PBA Beauty Week in Las Vegas. PBA Beauty Week is hosted by Cosmoprof North America and is a combination of trade show, networking event, business-to-business forum and educational platform for all segments of the professional salon and spa industry. PBA Beauty Week will be held July 13-16, 2013 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
Huffington will address the PBA Business Forum and breakfast Sunday July 14, 2013 at 7:30 am. Her topic, From Politics to the Board Room: Fearless Leadership will focus on her business and personal successes that have prevailed during turbulent times and difficult economies. Huffington will present her experiences and the strategies that can turn difficult and challenging situations into opportunities for growth.

Huffington is the author of 13 books, the co-founder and editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post, and a frequent contributor to political and lifestyle television programs. She sits on several boards to promote community solutions to social challenges, including A Place Called Home, EL PAIS and the Committee to Protect Journalists.
