Beauty Changes Lives (BCL) announces the recipients of the 2026 Legacy Award: Jan Arnold, Marti Morenings, and Sam Villa, three icons whose leadership, artistry, and advocacy have transformed the professional beauty and wellness industry.
The Legacy Award recognizes trailblazers whose enduring contributions have elevated the perception and impact of beauty careers. This year’s honorees represent the very best of the industry’s innovation, education, and generosity of spirit.
Jan Arnold, Co-Founder of CND, has been a visionary advocate for nail professionals for more than three decades. A founding supporter of Beauty Changes Lives, Jan has championed mentorship, scholarships, and education that empower emerging talent to thrive. Through her continued leadership and philanthropy, Jan has shaped a culture that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and professionalism in the nail industry.
Sam Villa, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Sam Villa® and Global Artistic Ambassador for Redken, has long been a passionate supporter of Beauty Changes Lives’ mission to make beauty a first-choice career. A celebrated educator and industry changemaker, Sam has helped countless professionals find confidence behind the chair through education, mentorship, and innovation.
