Scott Guinter, Senior Vice President, Sales, North America - Scott is a proven sales and operations leader through his extensive experience working as General Manager of Kao Salon USA and growing the Goldwell, KMS and Oribe brands. Throughout his career, he has earned the respect of customers and coworkers alike as a developer of sound strategies to accomplish organizational objectives. He is responsible for the development and growth of Beautynova in North America by achieving goals while delivering on the promise of keeping the salon, stylist and distributor at the center of decision making.

Aubrey Schutté, Vice President Marketing, North America - Aubrey Schutté brings a wealth of experience to Beautynova Americas as VP of Marketing for North America. She is a globally engaged and highly collaborative executive with a proven ability to shape and guide the implementation of 360-degree marketing and product launch campaigns. She will leverage her strong industry experience, having worked with brands such as Living Proof, René Furterer and Olaplex, to drive engagement with end users, build brand recognition, and increase product adoption through customized marketing solutions.
John Moroney, Senior Vice President Education, North America - John Moroney is an experienced and renowned industry professional and will be overseeing and developing all aspects of education and its intersection with awareness, business development and marketing. John brings more than 25 years of experience and accomplishments in the industry, having created value while serving in key leadership positions for major brands within the Professional Salon Industry, including Aveda, Wella, Sebastian, Goldwell and Olaplex.
The Beautynova executive team will be primarily based in the newly expanded Beautynova office in Wayne, New Jersey.
