So you want to own a salon? We’ve found that the majority of students who enter into cosmetology school want to be salon owners. For two years, the Persona Market team of motivational speakers traveled to hundreds of schools across the US. Through Industry In:Site workmag (workbook/magazine) and motivational program for beauty students, we discussed career options with thousands of future professionals. During each session we asked students to share their career goals, and salon ownership was always the number one answer!
