For 25 years, Soto has built an incredible career in the beauty industry thanks to her one-of-a-kind, beautifully unique, hand painted nail art. She specializes in sculpting acrylic, builder gel, gel art, portrait, pop art, and flower art. Soto’s social media content creation and exceptional nail designs helped her grow a substantial following of 388,000 on Instagram. Just by scrolling through her vibrant social media posts, it’s easy to see how she developed such an enormous fanbase.

For eight years and counting, this Orlando-based nail artist has pursued her passion for teaching as an International Educator for Valentino Beauty Pure (VBP). In addition to educating, designing nail art, and owning her business, Chelly’s Nails, Michelle Soto is a wife and a mother of three.
