Nancy Carroll has joined Van Tibolli Beauty as chief operating officer. Carroll has an extensive background in the professional beauty industry. Following her career as a colorist and platform artist, she joined a major professional products manufacturer where she advanced from regional educational manager to president in ten years. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
