The Capitol Colours Collection from China Glaze was inspired by the over-the-top, lavish lifestyle of the Citizens of the Capitol City of Panem from the book (and now film) The Hunger Games.  Each polish corresponds to a different area or District in Panem. China Glaze introduced these colors to correspond with the film's opening but they remain available in beauty supply stores and salons and spas nationwide.
