Color & Restore: Moroccanoil Color-Depositing Masks
The nine temporary color masks are designed to enhance color vibrancy, refresh existing tones or allow for experimentation while helping to restore hair health.
Moroccanoil’s color-depositing mask collection deposits pure pigments while providing the benefits of a deep conditioning mask. And exciting news for aspiring redheads and anyone who's curious how they might look with purple hair: this collection just got two new shade additions!
Lilac deposits a soft, purple hue on light blonde to medium blonde hair, while Copper deposites a deep, burnt orange shade on medium blonde to medium brown hair. These two shades were highly requested by both stylists and consumers - so we have a feeling you'll be seeing them everywhere in 2021.

“Building upon the success of the Color Depositing Mask launch last August, we are so thrilled to add two new shades to the lineup of deeply conditioning masks that provide equal parts color and care for instantly gratifying results. Lilac and Copper are fashion-forward shades that I know stylists and our customers will love,” says Moroccanoil Co-founder Carmen Tal.
The collection now consists of nine temporary color masks designed to enhance color vibrancy, refresh existing tones or allow for experimentation while helping to restore hair health. The masks include key ingredients to repair and seal the hair including ArganID, which infuses argan oil into the cortex to help repair and seal the hair, and apricot kernel oil, which softens and improves hydration of the hair and scalp.
The other mask shades for light to medium blonde hair include: Champagne, a warm, golden blonde; Platinum, a cool, icy blonde; Hibiscus, a brilliant, pink floral tones; Aquamarine, a cool, blue tone; and Rose Gold, a soft pink with golden tones. The shades for light to dark brown hair include: Bordeaux, a deep crimson brown; and Cocoa, a rich medium brown. Now your clients can easily extend color between appointments!
