ColorProofcontinues its support for the SeriousFun Children’s Network, an organization created by actor and philanthropist Paul Newman. ColorProof Founder, CEO, and Product Developer, Jim Markham, a personal friend of the late Paul Newman, and his wife, Cheryl, attended the annual SeriousFun Children’s Network Gala on May 21 at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City for an evening to benefit the global network of programs created to provide children with life-threatening conditions the chance to enjoy the delights of childhood. SeriousFun creates opportunities for children and their families to reach beyond serious illness and discover joy, confidence, and a new world of possibilities.
Celebrities and musicians from all walks of life including Kevin Bacon, Liam Neeson, and Jackson Browne were in attendance to show support and celebrate the organization. The evening kicked off with an energetic performance from a group of SeriousFun campers and also included video presentations and readings that further elevated the organization’s important work. ColorProof was a proud sponsor of the event, making sure each guest left with the SuperRich Shiny & Bright Moisture Kit, a deluxe hair care gift set designed to provide healthy, glossy hair.
“I look forward to this event every year,” says Markham. “I am incredibly inspired by SeriousFun Children’s Network in its ability to continually provide opportunities and memorable experiences for sick children and their families. We are honored to be here and to celebrate Paul, his life, and all those who have been touched by his generosity.”
