Full service professional distribution channels in the salon industry are showing increased signs of growth. According to the Professional Beauty Association, professional hair care shipments in 2012 grew by 2.2 percent and innovative brands are developing distribution channels and making a place for themselves in the marketplace. To address this important business trend, PBA has assembled a panel of key decision makers from several independent brands who will share insights on how they were able to build distribution and compete with large multi-national brands.
The CEO Roundtable will be held during Cosmoprof North America on Sunday July 14, 2013 from 4:00--5:30 pm during PBA Beauty Week. The panel will be moderated by john Heffner, president and general manager of OPI Cosmetics, formerly president and CEO of CND. Heffner was a CPNA Roundtable panelist in 2010.
