DRIVING THE BRAND: Meet PR Pro at Paul Mitchell, Lindsey
Lindsey Provost does Public Relations for John Paul Mitchell Systems. For months, she and the team at JPMS have been planning for this year's The Gathering, a huge undertaking. When she needs to recharge and get inspired, where does she look?
Anne Moratto・Director of Brand Content Strategy, MODERN SALON and NAILS
Her job is beautiful. Lindsey Provost works internally doing Public Relations for global hair care giant, Paul Mitchell. All day, she interacts with beauty editors, beauty bloggers, beautiful products and beautiful people, sharing the good news about Paul Mitchell. Next week, Provost will be at The Gathering 2013, Paul Mitchell’s annual “happening” in Las Vegas where salons and stylists come to learn new techniques, be introduced to new products and to be energized and inspired. So, where does this beauty behind the brand go to find her inspiration?
FAVORITE SITES/BLOGS: I’m beauty obsessed. I also spend a lot of time planning events so I end up looking at a combination of business-related and beauty-specific sites like Style Sight and Biz Bash. I love Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram. You should look at Lucy’s (Lucy Doughty, Paul Mitchell Editorial Director ) Twitter. I read beauty editor’s blogs and this site, every day, Cupcakes & Cashmere.

HIDDEN TALENT: I was a dancer and I still take classes. Lately I’ve been taking Bollywood Classes. I love it.
