Actress Morena Baccarin, Emmy nominee for her supporting role in Homeland, hit the red carpet in a strapless red Alexander McQueen gown. Her delicate beauty was enhanced by the make-up magic of celebrity artist Lina Hanson who used a variety of Bellapierre professional cosmetics.
“Morena was wearing such a striking red gown; I was immediately inspired by the vibrancy of its color and her soft, feminine hair. I opted to keep her makeup very classic and elegant with a sophisticated black cat eye and true, matte red lip color,” says Hanson.

GET THE LOOK
Begin by dusting the face with an even layer of Bellapierre Mineral Compact Foundation in Nutmeg, using a large Bellapierre powder brush. Follow with a dusting of Bellapierre Compact Bronzing Powder in Pure Element, concentrating on the forehead, chin and nose for a natural, sun-kissed look.
Using Bellapierre Shimmer 9Stack Pandera eye colors, apply Nude on the entire lid and brush up to the brow bone. Use Taupe-Grey Sensation on the crease and blend, followed by Taupe-Bronze Cocoa on top of the crease. Create a winged cat eye with Bellapierre Eyeliner Duo in Black. Apply several coats of Bellapierre Mascara in Black to curled lashes. Add a strip of artificial lashes and another coat of mascara. Fill in brows with Bellapierre Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Chocolate.
For a natural glow, brush Bellapierre Compact Mineral Blush in Amaretto on the apples of the cheeks with a Bellapierre Blush Brush.
For the lips, combine Bellapierre Luminous and Ruby lipsticks (to match the red gown). For a matte finish, apply Mineral Compact Foundation in Nutmeg followed by the lip color, patted down with a tissue. Reapply the lips color and pat down again for a stained, matte finish.
