Join Redken for the first ever Redken Digital Symposium: The Virtual Connection, bringing the learnings and connections of an industry iconic event into a digital accessible format that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home.
Redken Symposium first launched as a commitment by founder Paula Kent to the industry to help all hairdressers learn better and earn better by providing the tools and the knowledge to service their clients better. For over 40 years, this program has taken place live in Las Vegas, NV welcoming hundreds of thousands of salon professionals from all over the world.
In 2021, Redken is bringing a new digital version of the Redken Symposium to a screen near you. Redken Symposium: The Virtual Connection will be hosted on VFair, with 36 classes offered across four “Auditoriums,” featuring a network of the best educators in the industry. Attendees will also be able to experience a virtual “Gallerie,” Redken’s version of a trade show floor, where attendees will have the opportunity to gain knowledge from Redken artists and educators, while learning more about Redken’s latest innovations and even buy the new Logowear!
“This year has been unlike any other, we have all faced change, challenge and disruption to our (normal) in one way or the other and while we are not able to be live together in Vegas this year, it gives me energy and hope to join the amazing network of stylists from all over the world to share our collective passion for the energy. I am proud of our industry and the stylists, I am proud of their resilience and their determination. I am proud to be a hairstylist and stand amongst the people who pour their heart into everything they do and I am proud of the Redken Artist Network for their commitment to always helping all stylists on their journey to living their best life,” says Sheri Doss, VP, Redken Education Worldwide
Redken Symposium: The Virtual Connection will kick off with a fun opening event, a digital version of the infamous Redken Bash, and get attendees moving with music from the Vargas Brothers and DJ Sparkles (Sheri Doss, the Redken VP of Education, Worldwide). To keep the momentum, Monday’s sessions will kick off with interactive moments in Redken’s VIP Rooms, live session with the DJ hosts and an opportunity to “walk through” the booths in the Gallerie.
With the purchase of a ticket, attendees will be able to choose nine classes, with 30 days access to the remaining classes, which will be available online. There will also be education moments offered throughout the Gallerie, as well as additional opportunities for special access to Sam Villa, Chris Baran, George Garcia, Brayden Pelletier, Lori Zabel, Justin Isaac and many more amazing artists. The platform will present fun surprises as well as a coin collection to win bespoke events with attendees’ favorite global artists.
