Charlie Le Mindu, a favorite artist of many celebrities including Lady Gaga, designs "haute coiffure fashion" using Hairdreams hair creations to create high fashion designs, wigs and sculptures. His work is currently on display in the exhibit “Le Bord des Mondes” (The Edge of Worlds) at the Palais de Tokyo, Paris’ contemporary art museum, and it will run from February 18-May 17, 2015.
Le Mindu's featured hair creations are inspired by themes that evoke fantasy intertwined with high fashion such as deep sea creatures, mythological bestiaries, historical monuments and punk icon Nina Hagen. Some pieces incorporate genuine 100% real human hair by Hairdreams, which was color-customized in 24K gold,creating golden hair by allowing gold pigments to be permanently attached to real human hair.
