Hand & Nail Harmony recently welcomed their education team to their headquarters in Brea, CA, for an intense training on the latest from Gelish Color Gels. The International Training included team members from a total of 24 different countries. The four days included homework that was assigned on a daily basis. The hard work concluded with some serious fun and an evening at Disneyland with awards presented to the top performers from the training.
Trainees learned how to develop their skills from top Hand & Nail Harmony Educators, which included discussions on how to be an effective educator, along with developing skills for education with sales motivated results. Hands on training included Gelish applications, creating the perfect acrylic sculpted nail and fusion acrylics.
