STEP 5: Using your Diamond Dusted Forceps remove extensions from a strip. Grip and wiggle down.
STEP 6: Build your multi-fiber foundation.
STEP 7: Create the pop with Diamond Dusted Forceps - spread into fan.
STEP 8: Dip the base of the fan into the Platinum Bond High Speed to secure the fan together.
STEP 9: Ensure your fan of extensions is application ready.
