Part one will be offered Wednesday October 16, 2013, 1:00pm-2pm EST with the title “Designing Cosmetic Labels: What You Need to Know and Were Afraid to Ask.”
The webinar will cover the information that product label designs must include to comply with state and federal regulations; primary and secondary information that must be included; rules regarding type size and placement; and how to comply with the FDA and still have beautiful packaging. Speakers will include Holly Young, president of H+Y Regulatory Graphics. Craig Weiss, president of Consumer Product Testing Company and chair of ICMAD’s Technical/Regulatory Committee will moderate the webinar.
The second part will air Wednesday, October 30, 2013, 1:00pm-2:00pm EST and will address the design of OTC labels and compliance with FDA OTC drug requirements and how to fulfill regulations without sacrificing brand image. Young will share her knowledge in both seminars. She has extensive experience in the cosmetic packaging industry and is an expert on global packaging regulations for the health and beauty industries.
Registration fees for each seminar are $95 for ICMAD members and $125 for non-members.
