Sunlight's Balay Box, "a balayage class in a box."

After years of R&D, Candy Shaw, owner of Jamison Shaw Hairdressers in Atlanta, released Sunlights, designed exclusively for the balayage artist. Sunlights has the ideal consistency for balayage highlighting, and is designed to work with any manufacturer’s crème developer and color line.

To usher in the “Balayage Revolution,” Shaw developed The Balay Box, which is a balayage class in a box. It’s an educational starter kit containing everything a stylist needs to learn the hair-painting highlighting technique.

It contains a 500-gram container of Sunlights; short, perforated Balay Wrap; a balayage brush; paddle and clips; and an educational DVD, packaged in a recyclable carrying case.

“Our goal is to make balayage artists out of millions more,” Shaw says, describing The Balay Box as the go-to product colorists have been waiting for to fully usher in the “Balayage Revolution.”
