Horn has extensive skills and experience in contract negotiations, hotel site selection, tradeshow management and convention center knowledge and negotiations. For the last 23 years he has served in various roles at the Professional Beauty Association and the joint venture, North American Beauty Events, LLC, most recently as Associate Executive Director-Business Development. He and his team received multiple awards for their work.
