J. Aris Koroyan, founder and CEO of SUDZZ FX, recently announced that Jason Hall has been named the company's director of education. With a career that spans more than 20 years in the professional beauty industry, Hall will be responsible for working with all distributors in recruiting educators as well as organizing and promoting educational events for the brand. He will work closely with Dwight Miller, international creative director, and Albie Mulcahy, international artistic director, in the continued development of the SUDZZ FX Artistic Team.

"Jason's innovative ideas and desire to think and execute ideas out of the box have reinforced my decision to create and offer him the director of education position," said Koroyan, who founded the Oxnard, CA-based company five years ago. "His commitment to educating hairdressers is one that I greatly admire. I look forward to seeing him motivate, educate and sustain the buzz about SUDZZ FX."

Born in England and raised in Canada, Hall began his beauty career as a hairdresser in Edmonton, Alberta. He was the first student to return to the cosmetology school as a teacher and stayed in that role for five years. He lived in South Africa for six years handling international distribution for a major beauty manufacturer before moving to New Jersey and accepting a distributor position for another manufacturer. Before joining SUDZZ FX, he held a national training manager position that allowed him to pursue his love of education.

"One of the many things that attracted me to SUDZZ FX is that Aris and I share similar backgrounds. We both began behind the chair before moving into distribution and education," Hall explained. "I look forward to bringing distributors solid educational formats that differ from conventional education offered today and know I will succeed based on my various experience."
