With a strong grip and flow-through penetration, Fuji Perfect Papers have total saturation and neutralization when doing permanent curls and waves. They also can be used for color processing to provide better color/gray coverage and prevent dripping. Each paper is prefolded. These end papers can be easily dispensed from any Fuji Hands Free Dispenser. Perfect Paper is made in Japan.
