In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, jcp salons across the country hosted "Cuts for Hope" from Oct. 11-18, donating $1 for every hair cut or trim to the City of Hope, a leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases.
The "Cuts for Hope" event raised over $90,000, which will be donated to the breast cancer program at City of Hope. Throughout the month of October jcp salons also offered free temporary pink highlights with a salon service of $32 or more and carried pink breast cancer awareness products from Sebastion, CHI and Big Sexy Hair.
