In this position, Costanza has full profit-and-loss and business oversight of this global division, leading strategy and execution of growth plans, including new product development. He will work closely with the Operations teams to ensure effective business performance and will coordinate efforts across Marketing and Creative teams.

Costanza was previously with Conair from May of 2016 through November of 2017 as the leader of international markets in the Professional Group. Most recently part of the Dessange Group North America, where he was chartered with the expansion of its three salon franchise brands, Costanza was also GM of Professional Haircare at L’Oreal USA, and spent 15 years at Sally Beauty Holding Canada as their Group Vice President for Canada and the BSG UK, managing a significant sales portfolio.
He began his career in the haircare industry with Joico in 1994, where he spent seven years in progressive sales and general manager roles. Costanza holds an EMBA from Harvard and a Marketing Degree from Humbler College.
