Last night at Lukaro Salon in Beverly Hills, Goldwell USA launched their new Elumenated Naturals Collection, 14 pre-balanced haircolor shades that offer clients and colorists the best of both worlds--full grey coverage and saturation of color that comes with direct dyes plus the shine and reflection that clients crave. Offered in both Topchic and Colorance ranges, Goldwell illustrated the options for grey color service with their Grey to Gorgeous Collection, brought to life by Lukaro co-owner and master colorist Rona O'Connor. Two of O'Connor's clients and her husband, Luke O'Connor, co-owner of Lukaro and an in-demand celebrity stylist, modeled "After" looks created with Elumenated.
"It's very exciting for me to share this collection because not every grey coverage clients seeks the same thing," Rona says. "I'm going to show you a Dimensional Blonde that combines neutral and cool shades, a really gorgeous Fashion red and a warm brown Natural. The shades are very true to level and they deliver so quickly. Each color contains enough Natural to cover the grey without being dull or flat. In the past, I might have combined four different colors to get what I can get in one tube."

Goldwell National Artistic Director Rebecca Hiele says,"This new technology is unique in that a direct dye can live with an oxidative dye. Each shade delivers consistent results to blend away greys. It's especially great for less experienced colorists because they can achieve really vibrant, brilliant color in a single step."
The complete Grey to Gorgeous Service options include:
Back to Natural--Create natural tones with a woodgrain effect and brilliant shine for this warm brown style by incorporating state-of-the-art slicing and weaving techniques.
Dimensional Blonde--With natural coverage and exceptional shine, this look combines neutral and cool shades to add a glamorous touch of youth for all blondes by utilizing the brand's exclusive Intuitive Freehand Technique.
Fashion Red--Achieve a spectacular red with gorgeous color movement by using a combination of radiant red tones and the all new Goldwell Haircare Back-to-Back Technique.
