She grew up in Santa Barbara, CA where the sunshine rarely fails to shine, but singer Katy Perry knows better than to go for the gold via sun-worshipping. When her ROAR video debuted the pop icon's golden glow was the result of a custom-application by Cameron, a mobile tech who works with the Argyle Salon & Spa in Los Angeles. Cameron used NORVELL's sunless formula because of its "just off the beach" natural color. The formula is paraben free, 100% vegan and features a proprietary Vitamin C blend to benefit skin.
