Keratin Complex Appoints New Color Sales Director and Promotes Exec to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations

Industry veteran Judith Haubrich-Hansen has been named Keratin Complex Color Sales Director effective August 2021, the company announces. With more than 30 years of international experience as a colorist, lead stylist and educator in the industry, Haubrich-Hansen has been a sought-after educator for Keratin Complex for the past 13 years. Most recently, she was a lead stylist at D’Dami Salon & Spa in La Grange Park, IL.

“I am delighted to be a part of the Keratin Complex team and excited for the opportunity to be a part of a passionate and innovative team," Haubrich-Hansen says. "The Keratin Complex color line improves the overall integrity of the hair and leaves hair in a stronger, healthier condition after coloring. I look forward to spreading the word about the unique performance of our color. The Keratin Complex keratin treatments and color ranges work synergistically, along with innovative care and styling products. Adding the Keratin Complex Color line transformed my salon revenue, and I look forward to sharing my experiences with stylists and salon owners across the country."

Zoe Hyams

In addition, Keratin Complex announces the promotion of Zoe Hyams, to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. Hyams was previously Vice President Marketing and Public Relations within the organization and has been with Keratin Complex for more than nine years. She has held a number of key positions within the marketing division of the company, in both the creative area and brand management. Over the past few years Hyams has been instrumental in spearheading new product introductions, including Product Innovation Award-winner Keratin Obsessed. Most recently she has been working with the KC leadership team on the nationwide rollout of customizable keratin treatments and aftercare with SalonCentric.

In her new role, Haubrich-Hansen will report to Beth Vonville, Vice President Sales of Keratin Complex.

“We welcome Judith and are excited to have someone with her immense talent, experience, knowledge and passion spearhead the sales expansion of our color brand," Vonville says. "With hair color being such a key market segment in the industry, we are confident that Judith will not only drive business for our exceptional Italian-made color range, but truly educate the market on how these high-performance products, powered by our Signature Keratin, can help salons grow their business while delivering stronger, healthier hair results and beautiful hair color to their clients.”

Hyams now reports to Keratin Complex Chief Operating Officer Noah LeFevre.

"She has risen to every challenge over the years and has successfully driven key initiatives to support our continued growth despite the hurdles the industry faced during the pandemic.
