Hair care company Kevin.Murphy hosted three brand events for its North American, European and Asian Pacific distributors in Cancun, Copenhagen and Singapore respectively to discuss upcoming launches and company initiatives while strengthening relationships with key team members.
From February 25 – 29, a combined 250 top performing distributor sales consultants (DSCs), distributors, and brand leadership travelled to Cancun, Mexico, for the company’s annual North American sales meeting. This reward-based incentive trip took place at Secrets of the Vine, an all-inclusive resort. There, the brand’s top-performing sales team members mixed work with play, combining brand education with adventure excursions, including a visit to Mayan ruins. Awards were also presented during the trip, where Beauty Solutions LLC was named North American Distributor of the Year.
“This annual event is a great way to show support for our sales team and connect on a more personal level,” remarks Kevin.Murphy Founder Kevin Murphy. “It’s also always exciting to see so many people passionate about our mission to create a brand focused on Performance, Fashion, and The Choices We Make.”
Next, the brand held its premiere distributor event from March 6 – 8 in Copenhagen, Denmark, the European hub for Kevin.Murphy. Fifty guests including Kevin.Murphy’s European distributors stayed at the luxury Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, where future initiatives were shared, and one-on-one business meetings were held.
Kevin.Murphy concluded its international distributor meetings in Singapore from March 10 – 13 at the five-star Fullerton Bay Hotel. A combined group of 100 attendees –distributors and DSCs from the Asian Pacific market – met to discuss forthcoming company goals and plans. Meetings were followed by a team-building beach outing.
“In Copenhagen and Singapore, we had the opportunity to sit down with the European and Asian Pacific distributors who are helping to shape Kevin.Murphy’s quickly growing international presence,” adds Murphy. “As with our event in Cancun, it’s crucial to get everyone together so as a brand, we can show our appreciation for the hard work, dedication and passion that goes into spreading our philosophy from the ground up.”
