Globally renowned hairstylist Ludovic Beckers joins the L’ANZA Healing Color & Care award-winning Education Team as the International Artistic Director, a newly created position within the L’ANZA Healing Artist network. Beckers brings more than 20 years of styling and education experience to his new role, which will focus on precision cutting and inspirational hair design education.

From the early days at his mother’s salon to international platform artist, educator, and award-winning hairstylist, Beckers has been a creative force throughout Europe. Hailing from Belgium's "Lowlands," Ludovic quickly developed a steadfast reputation for technical, interactive shows that would inspire the crowd. He has led teams in a broad range of vibrant cities, including Bangkok, Berlin, Rome, Copenhagen, New York, Las Vegas, and Buenos Aires.

Award-winner, Tool Developer

Since his first entry and win in 1995, Beckers has participated in hundreds of hair competitions, earning more than 100 industry awards in Europe and taking trophies in Haircutting, Salon Team, Avant-Garde and Hair Color. In 2010 Beckers applied his passion for cutting to product development to launch Curve-O, a brand of ergonomic tools currently used by more than 250,000 stylists around the world. Beckers says he's ready for this next step in his career.

“Finding L’ANZA was a wonderful discovery,” he says. “I am looking forward to exploring new creative places while sharing my knowledge and passion for design.”

CEO David Berglass says he's thrilled about Beckers joining Team L’ANZA. “I am grateful and honored to have Ludovic join and help lead our network of international L’ANZA Healing Artists," Berglass notes. "His talent and passion will be immediately felt. We are excited to support his new B.I.G. journey and look forward to the inspiration and growth that will follow.”
