L’ANZA Launches Hair Cares Scholarship Program for Aspiring Stylists

L’ANZA Launches Hair Cares Scholarship Program for Aspiring Stylists

L’ANZA, known for healing hair color and care products, has announced the launch of a L’ANZA Hair Cares Scholarship Program. The program gives three aspiring stylists the chance to earn a $10,000 scholarship, or one of two $5,000 scholarships, to put toward their full-time Cosmetology Education. 

L’ANZA believes hairstylists have the unique power to discover the beauty within every person they touch. At the center of the L’ANZA B.I.G. Mission – Believe.Inspire.Grow – is to support and encourage passions, while empowering every hairstylist to achieve their highest potential. The L’ANZA Hair Cares Scholarship is an extension of that mission and belief in the professional beauty industry.

Funds for the L’ANZA Hair Care Scholarship were collected through a generous network of stylists, salons, and suppliers and then matched by L’ANZA Corporate. “We are extremely excited about this incredible opportunity,” says CEO David Berglass. “We want to give some passionate people a chance to fulfill their dreams and build a lasting career.” 

Winners will also receive a package of L’ANZA products and tools to help them begin their journey. Plus, L’ANZA will follow each winner in their education journey and offer unique guidance and mentorship along the way. 

How to apply:

Student applicants must be at least 17 years of age and enrolled in full-time Cosmetology program. 

Applications will be completed through an online form at: lanza.com/haircares. Entries will be evaluated by Creative Directors: Matt Swinney (@matt.swinney), Leah Freeman (@leahfreeman1), and Ammon Carver (@ammoncarver).

The deadline to submit all applications is: April 15, 2021. Winners will be announced on L’ANZA Facebook and Instagram pages on Monday, May 17, 2021.
